NeuroBridge Assessments® PLLC A brand of Triangle Neuropsychology Services, PLLC
Effective Date: 2/15/2026 Last Updated: 8/10/2026
NeuroBridge Assessments® ("NeuroBridge," "we," "us," or "our") is a brand operated by Triangle Neuropsychology Services, PLLC ("TNS"), and this website is located at neurobridgeassessments.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit or interact with the Site.
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Site itself — such as when you browse our pages, submit a scheduling or contact form, or otherwise reach out to request an evaluation. It does not govern how we use or disclose Protected Health Information (PHI) as a healthcare provider. All billing, insurance processing, scheduling coordination, and clinical recordkeeping for NeuroBridge clients is handled by Triangle Neuropsychology Services, PLLC, and is governed by TNS's HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, available at https://triangleneuropsychology.com/privacy-policy/ or upon request, which controls in the event of any conflict with this policy.
Because NeuroBridge provides fully remote (telehealth) evaluations to clients located throughout most U.S. states via PSYPACT, this Policy addresses rights available to residents of various states, not only North Carolina.
1. Information We Collect
a. Information You Provide Directly
We may collect information you voluntarily submit through the Site, including when you:
Complete our online scheduling/intake form to request an evaluation (e.g., name, contact information, and responses to initial screening questions)
Submit our contact form with a question
Email us directly (e.g., info@triangleneuropsychology.com)
Call our office
Information submitted through the Site's scheduling and contact forms is received and processed by TNS staff on NeuroBridge's behalf. Any subsequent registration, insurance verification, billing, and clinical intake is handled directly by TNS through its own systems and client portal — not through this Site.
b. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, certain technical information may be collected automatically, such as:
IP address and approximate geographic location
Browser type, device type, and operating system
Pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring/exit URLs
Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 6)
This Site is hosted on the Squarespace platform, which may collect certain technical and analytics information as part of providing hosting and site-analytics services. See Section 6 for more detail.
c. Information From Third Parties
If you are referred to us by another healthcare provider, school, employer, or insurer, we may receive limited information from that referral source (e.g., your name and contact information) to facilitate scheduling.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
Respond to inquiries and initiate scheduling for an evaluation
Route your information to TNS staff for registration, insurance verification, and appointment coordination
Operate, maintain, and improve the Site
Communicate with you about our services or your inquiry
Comply with legal, regulatory, licensing, and insurance requirements
Analyze Site usage and troubleshoot technical issues
Protect against fraud, unauthorized access, or misuse of the Site
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use website visitor data for third-party advertising purposes.
3. How We Share Information
We may share information collected through the Site with:
Triangle Neuropsychology Services, PLLC, our parent practice, which handles scheduling, insurance verification, billing, and clinical services for NeuroBridge clients
Service providers who help us operate the Site (e.g., Squarespace hosting, form/scheduling tools, email providers), who are contractually or otherwise required to protect your information
Referral sources and treatment team members, only as needed to coordinate care and only with appropriate authorization where required
Legal or regulatory authorities, if required by law, court order, subpoena, or to protect the safety of any person
Successors, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of practice assets, subject to applicable confidentiality obligations
We do not share website contact-form or scheduling-form information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Insurance and Billing
NeuroBridge accepts select insurance plans (currently Medicare, BCBS, and Aetna). All insurance verification, claims submission, and billing is handled directly by TNS, not through this Site. Any insurance or billing information you provide is collected by TNS through its own intake and billing systems and is governed by TNS's HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, not by this Site's Privacy Policy. If you have Medicare coverage, your information may also be subject to additional federal recordkeeping and disclosure requirements applicable to Medicare-covered services.
5. Telehealth Services
NeuroBridge evaluations are conducted remotely by telehealth, with services available across PSYPACT-participating states. Video/telehealth sessions themselves are conducted through a separate, secure clinical platform operated by or on behalf of TNS (not through this Site), and are subject to that platform's own security safeguards and TNS's HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. This Site is used only for informational browsing and initial scheduling/contact requests — it is not used to conduct evaluation sessions.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
This Site is built on Squarespace, which may use cookies and similar technologies to:
Operate core Site functionality
Remember visitor preferences
Collect analytics about how visitors use the Site (e.g., via Squarespace Analytics or similar tools)
You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them; disabling cookies may affect some Site functionality.
7. SMS / Text Messaging
If you provide your mobile phone number to us (for example, through the scheduling or contact form), we, or TNS on our behalf, may use it to send appointment reminders, scheduling updates, or other service-related text messages, where you have opted in to receive such messages. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary.
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to deliver text communications to you, and only under agreements that require confidentiality.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive, or by contacting our office directly at 919-384-9682. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of text messages will not affect your ability to receive care, but may affect our ability to send you appointment reminders by text.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Site links to third-party services and pages, including our scheduling/contact forms and referenced resources such as the PSYPACT state map. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies before submitting information to them.
9. Children's Privacy
Some NeuroBridge evaluations may relate to academic or testing accommodations for students, but the Site itself is directed at parents, guardians, and adult clients — not at children — and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the Site without parental or guardian involvement, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has submitted information to us directly without appropriate involvement from a parent or guardian, please contact us so we can address it.
10. Data Retention
We retain website inquiry, contact-form, and scheduling-request information for as long as needed to respond to your request and route it appropriately, and for a reasonable period afterward for administrative and legal purposes. Clinical and billing records maintained by TNS are retained in accordance with North Carolina law and applicable licensing board requirements, as described in TNS's HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
11. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information submitted through the Site. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending sensitive medical information through the Site's general contact form; our scheduling/intake process and TNS's secure systems are the appropriate channel for sensitive health information.
12. Your Privacy Rights
Because NeuroBridge serves clients across most U.S. states, the rights below may apply depending on your state of residence.
For California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents may have the right to know what personal information we've collected, request deletion or correction of that information, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (note: we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA), and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Health-related information submitted through an intake or scheduling form may qualify as "sensitive personal information" under the CPRA; we use such information only to respond to your inquiry and coordinate scheduling, and do not use it beyond that purpose.
For Nevada Residents
Nevada law (NRS 603A) gives residents the right to opt out of the sale of certain personal information. We do not sell personal information collected through this Site.
For Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Other States With Comprehensive Privacy Laws
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing such as targeted advertising or profiling. We do not engage in targeted advertising or the sale of personal data collected through this Site.
How to Exercise Your Rights
Contact us at:
Phone: 919-384-9682
We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. Requests related to clinical or billing records held by TNS as PHI are handled under HIPAA procedures rather than state consumer privacy laws; please contact TNS directly for records requests.
13. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. This Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals, as no uniform industry standard has been adopted.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
